Douglas G Blane studied Engineering at Buckinghamshire College & specialised in Computer Aided Design (CAD) & Computer Aided Manufacture (CAM), he has a Diploma in Engineering.
He worked for the The Open University Business & The Open University Business School for over twelve years taking on roles which included: project management, third line IT support, IT researched & development, website & corporate portal development, SQL database development & administration, analysing & main-streaming IT systems, IT accessibility system integration.
In March 2010 he decided to utilize his many skills and concentrate on building his own business in IT consultancy & web site development.
Douglas is a specialist disability / accessibility ICT software & hardware trainer. His clients include The Open University Access Centre. He has been CRB checked and cleared by The Open University Access Centre. He holds a full UK driving license and has his own vehicle.
Douglas is available for work on a freelance Consultancy bases.
